I believe that training should build trust, reduce fear, and support dogs and their people. Using humane, evidence-based methods, I am able to help my clients and their dogs of all ages to live their best lives together.

I’ve always had an extra soft spot for older dogs. When I worked in the behavior department at an shelter, it was the long-stay senior dogs who stole my heart. Later, as my own dogs aged and started facing new behavior challenges, I realized how few training resources exist for older dogs and their families.

My work focuses on supporting dogs through life’s more complex chapters, such aging, dealing with anxiety or aggression, and changing family dynamics, such as the addition of a new puppy or baby. I have advanced education and hands-on experience in senior dog behavior and kids-and-dog safety, allowing me to support both dogs and families with practical, compassionate guidance.

Every dog and every family deserves support that meets them where they are, no matter what stage they are in.
